The design is minimally treated, with an emphasis on functionality. A modern decor was desired, in light colors, a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. This was achieved through the use of neutral tones and blue accents that pleasantly decorate the space.
Each area has been well highlighted, from the kitchen to the conversation area and the dining space, together forming a unitary whole of the living area. Some details catch our attention, such as the blue sofa or the wall painted halfway with a pastel blue that includes the TV area and some storage spaces.
It is noteworthy the unique way in which the designer chose to display the books: in the upper part of the room, very close to the ceiling, along the entire length of the wall. Thus, the space of the room remains airy, without a piece of furniture occupying space on the floor.
And since we mentioned the floor, we draw your attention to it so that you can notice the wonderful parquet and wood essence which fits very well with the created decor.
The kitchen is conceived as a partially open function, a partition wall being built to visually delimit the living space from the one intended for cooking. In addition, part of this wall includes another bookcase area, like a niche.
The kitchen design was thought out in a compact way, with a simple, functional design, with suitable storage spaces and built-in appliances to maintain an orderly character. The furniture units are arranged in the shape of the letter L, so that the washing area, which includes the sink (and underneath the dishwasher) is positioned at the window.
For each function, appropriate lighting has been provided, from general lighting to accent or ambient lighting, as the case may be. Thus, the space as a whole appears larger, being well valued.
