Architects tell us about the main advantage of this project that "in the case of this project, we started it from the construction phase and were thus able to modify certain spaces in the plan.

Thus, we gave up closing off the kitchen and hallway, and in this way, the entire living area became very flexible and homogeneous. This is ideal, especially in the case of an apartment with a not-so-large surface area.”

The two-room apartment in the Parcului 20 residential complex, located near Herestrau Park in Bucharest, stands out for its bold color palette with strong color accents (mustard yellow, powder pink, touches of gold).

The beneficiaries wanted an elegant, feminine style with as bright spaces as possible and warm, strong colors.

In terms of layout, the home has a generous living area (carefully reconfigured by the project designers), a welcoming entrance hall, and a matrimonial bedroom. A unique aspect of this zoning is the two bathrooms: the bathroom with a sink and shower, enclosed in glass from the matrimonial bedroom, and the bathroom in the hallway with a sink and toilet.

The bedroom is quite airy; given its relatively small surface area, the designers opted to move the main dressing room to one of the living room walls, with bronze-plated glass doors to visually enlarge the space and capture more natural light.
