This dwelling stands out through its attention to detail and excellent execution, leading to a very successful result. The space is given personality through various accessories and decorations that define each function separately.
The living area includes the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The décor is minimalist, with an emphasis on pieces that define their respective functions.
The living area maintains a discreet tone; the corner sofa and coffee table create a conversation zone complemented by the space dedicated to the television. Nearby, an elegant dining area has been set up with a suspended light fixture that highlights this arrangement. This dining area leads to the kitchen area.
Being open plan with the living room, the kitchen space is a compact one. An L-shaped configuration was chosen, with compact furniture and built-in appliances. The simple design, with handleless cabinets and colors similar to those used in the living room, makes the kitchen an integral part of the living room.
The bedroom adopts the color scheme developed in the living area, with an emphasis on comfort and relaxation. All storage space is included at the level of a walk-in closet where tall wardrobes up to the ceiling offer generous spaces for clothes.
