A kitchen can be a wonderful place for cooking enthusiasts. However, when the space you have available is small and cramped, and the overall look leaves something to be desired, a renovation that changes the style according to the tenants' wishes is necessary.
This was also the case with this kitchen in London, when the new owner found himself facing his new cooking space. The slightly outdated and non-functional appearance plus the retro style prompted him to start a renovation quickly. Thus, the result was a more functional, spacious, and much more beautiful kitchen with a chic, admirable style.
Renovation and redesign
The appliances in the kitchen were also replaced with stainless steel ones to form a unified whole, a chic, practical, masculine style.
Only the shelves were kept from the old cupboard, which were later mounted individually. Their adaptation is more than suitable as it gives the impression of an airy space. The window frame was also repainted black for a contrast with the light coming through it. No curtains were installed to allow as much natural light as possible to enter the kitchen.
The floor imitated a chessboard, of course in the black and white theme. The wood of the countertop and shelves comes to tame the color scheme of the kitchen. We invite you to follow in detail the changes made in the kitchen and get inspired for your own modifications.
