This 60 square meter apartment It benefited from 2 major assets: its configuration and abundant natural light.

Leveraging the expertise of the Farini-Bresnick architecture studio, the residence underwent a true transformation, resulting in a remarkable outcome.

The new distribution of areas and functionalities contributes to a better flow of space. Thus, there is now a well-defined day area and a night area within the apartment.

The space receives plenty of natural light and the predominant white helps to increase the feeling of spaciousness. The furniture was carefully selected. We thus have a multifunctional dining area, used both for eating and cooking thanks to a suspended piece that visually separates the living room from the kitchen, allowing light to pass through and especially not occupying floor space.

The suspended upper body is a useful piece that allows for efficient storage and also has a pleasant aesthetic role. The two modular bodies are an excellent solution for small spaces, especially for open-space configurations. In the background, we find the compact kitchen with built-in appliances.

The living room features a simple composition: a comfortable sofa, a low cabinet for the television, and a coffee table with a glass top. Color accents add interest to this area, with the rug and painting discreetly communicating through shared hues.

The transition to the night area is made directly from the living room, with the bedroom being separated by a sleek white sliding panel that ensures the necessary intimacy and defines the spaces. We find the same airy and bright décor here. From the bedroom, you access the dressing room and bathroom.

The entire design inspires a pleasant, warm and welcoming atmosphere, a modern home where multifunctionality and ingenious ideas have contributed to creating a coherent aesthetic.
