For this project, Tektura Studio had the mission of redesigning the kitchen and dining area. I am convinced that you will find sources of inspiration in this space, so I invite you to discover how they changed the face of the entire kitchen and how good this area looks now.

One of the major modifications was moving the cooking area, and setting up the family's dining space by the windows. Now it seems that the kitchen is divided into two almost distinct zones but united through color scheme, lighting, and design lines.

What the architects wanted to achieve was a functional space, easy to access and use above all. And they succeeded brilliantly. They opted for a U-shaped layout of the kitchen so that each area would offer enough space for cooking, washing up, or storing.

In addition, this arrangement allowed for the integration of a larger number of storage spaces, such as that mini pantry next to the refrigerator. Practically, it is a unit in which these two storage zones have been efficiently incorporated, the same unit also having the role of delimiting the kitchen.

The white furniture pieces, with a straight-line design, glossy and smooth finish are well highlighted by LED accent lights mounted both at the top and under the cabinets. Thus, the lights manage to compensate for the lack of natural light and provide proper and sufficient lighting for various kitchen activities.

It is worth noting the play of the parquet: in the middle of the kitchen, a darker shade of tiles was used, a subtle way to replace a rug and mark the transition towards the dining area.

The chosen color scheme conveys a pleasant feeling of warmth and comfort. To paint the accent wall in the dining area, Sahara Gold shade was used, a kind of gold that reminds one of the fine lines of sand. The parquet shade harmonizes perfectly with the rest of the color palette.

The painting brings an extra touch of personality to the overall ambiance, just as the lamp, a decorative object in itself, adds a touch of style to the furnished environment.
