Another highlight was the presentation given by San Confind physiotherapists, who provided participants with essential information about proper posture at the office, a highly relevant topic in the context of the daily activities of travel agents and journalists, who spend many hours in front of the computer.
Furthermore, San Confind specialists explained the importance of medical gymnastics and how it can prevent various musculoskeletal disorders, improving quality of life in the long term.
The "Rediscovers Valea Prahovei" infotrip covered a route of approximately 600 kilometers, and participants visited a series of emblematic locations in Prahova and Brașov counties.
