We can say that Steam Coffee Shop is the "freshest" little coffee shop in Bucharest. It has been open for less than a week and awaits coffee lovers in the Piata Romana area, on Visarion Street number 2. If you pass by, it's impossible not to notice it.

The facade is clad in wooden planks of a very pleasant color which contrasts interestingly with the glass part of the entrance.

Steam Coffee Shop is the second coffee shop under the Steam brand. The first is located in the Aviatorilor area and is smaller in size - 12 square meters compared to the one recently opened, which has 17 square meters.

Young entrepreneurs Vlad Buda and Dan Ursan, who have accumulated sufficient experience in the field, decided to open their own business driven by their passion for coffee. Initially, they wanted to apply these ideas in Cluj, but found a much more favorable environment here in Bucharest.

I also visited the new location and was immediately greeted by the pleasant aroma of freshly ground coffee. A beneficial, interesting, and energizing scent that awakens any coffee drinker.

What impressed me at Steam Coffee Shop was the meticulous attention to detail in coffee preparation. While enjoying a cup of coffee, I discussed the complex flavor profile with the barista and the small details that distinguish ordinary coffee from an authentic experience.

Preparation takes into account several details, such as the type of coffee filter used and when the coffee was roasted.

For both coffee shops, the central element of the concept is takeaway coffee, with design and layout being secondary. Both locations have a limited number of tables, focusing on preparing and serving coffee for takeaway (coffee to go).

The interior design can be characterized as having industrial influences. The same wooden planks used on the facade are incorporated into solid metal frames.

What is interesting about these planks is that they are recycled, which reflects the owners' care for material reuse and environmental protection. The architectural firm L AM A was responsible for the location's design, renowned for its very authentic aesthetic designs.

Coffee prices at Steam Coffee Shop start at 6 lei and go up to 13 lei. These prices vary depending on the complexity of the brewing method and the ingredients used.
