What can you do with a 45 square meter apartment? Not much, you might be tempted to say at first glance. But let's see what Anastasia managed to achieve in such a space.

As a kind of counter-reaction to the minimalism of the Scandinavian style, this design surprises with the richness of details, decorations and accessories that make up the decor of the apartment. We were pleasantly surprised by the mix of textures and the sometimes extravagant decor.

The existing configuration did not allow for the creation of a new room to outline the bedroom, but it is not missing as a function in the design. On the contrary, Anastasia thought out the space so that the main room could also house a small living area and sleeping space.

Thus, the first part of the room brings into focus a conversation area, with a sofa, coffee table and television, while the part towards the window continues with a bed and nightstand, the place of the mini-bedroom.

To visually delimit the two zones, the designer opted for a medium-height bookcase, with some open shelves, leaving some of the light to penetrate the rest of the room. Also, the rest of the furniture maintains this reduced height so as not to overwhelm the space.

Light colors also manage to open and amplify the space. In order to separate the two functions, different wallpaper models were used, highlighting the areas that make up the room: on one side a model with a very discreet print and on the other a model that impacts through its dark color. The rest of the finishes balance the chromatic palette with white and cream.

Decor elements such as the rug, curtains or chandelier imprint comfort and refinement.

The kitchen comes with a surprising approach. The impression of a living room is so strong that if it weren't for the appliances, the space could easily be mistaken for a dining room. The design of the sofa, chairs, table or even cabinets reminds us of classic interiors, hence the precious character of the arrangement.

The dining area manages to be individualized within the kitchen, thus delimiting itself from the technical character of this function. Access to the balcony is an advantage especially on hot days when the meal can be taken right in this space.

Even the bathroom space seems rich in ornaments through a mix of cream-brown tiles. The main storage area is found in the hallway in the form of three tall wardrobes reaching up to the ceiling, offering generous space for various things, from thick clothes to footwear.

We were intrigued by this arrangement. Surely there will be elements to your liking, as well as details in which you won't find yourself, but it is certain that this 45 square meter apartment will inspire your admiration.
