In our search for inspiration in apartment decorating, we found Rocio's blog and a redecoration model that won us over immediately. It's about the redecoration of an apartment in Madrid for Ana and her daughter.
The designers understood very well what Ana wanted from her new apartment, so they got to work and we believe the result is one worth all your attention.
There were complex modifications in every room of the house, from walls to flooring to furniture and lighting fixtures. They focused on creating a home as bright and spacious as possible. The relatively limited space of the 3-bedroom apartment was excellently utilized through appropriate finishes and furniture pieces that do not overload the atmosphere.
Following the line of Nordic design, simplicity, and efficiency of each element introduced into the decor, Rocio created a warm, welcoming, and pleasant ambiance. In the living room, the minimalist approach with carefully chosen furniture outlines 3 zones, each with its own well-defined function: dining, conversation area, and reading area.
Ingeniously chosen, the open shelf unit separates two functions visually but allows light to circulate. The wallpaper is a perfect choice (a pleasant pattern that doesn't tire the eye), providing a point of interest for the room and delimiting the conversation area from the rest of the space. The neutral color scheme, white and discreet color accents harmonize the space.
Although the kitchen space is small, details are carefully chosen to maximize every square meter. There is sufficient storage space, the white glossy furniture reflects light, built-in appliances, all harmonizing in what wants to be an efficient kitchen.
The master bedroom impresses with the blue accent wall and white decorations that contrast pleasantly. Blue inserts will also be found in the bathroom as a continuation of the style from the sleeping area. The girl's room maintains a simple line with a minimalist design and ingeniously integrated storage spaces into the decor.
The redecoration is detailed in the photo gallery, where you will find images of the rooms before and after the renovation process. Analyze each space individually because we are convinced that you will find enough ideas from which to draw inspiration for your own decorations.
