Celebrity stylist Brad Goreski shares five tips for creating an office with personality.

1. Personal Touches

Brad says that when he styles his clients, he uses bold and shimmering accessories, and the same applies to offices. Objects such as a correspondence tray in a bright green hue or a neon pink pencil holder make his office reflect a personalized style.

He also keeps photos of friends and family on his desk, as well as inspirational images of travel and fashion, to stay inspired at all times.

2. Pops of Color

Updating a monotonous office is as simple as adding a few pops of color. The new Post-It Colors of The World have colors inspired by the world around us, including one of the artist's favorite vacation destinations, Mykonos. He put them on his desk and notebooks and says they transported him to the authentic charm of the island and its oceanic hues.

This collection is a simple way to transform your office.

3. Surround Yourself with Inspiration

Mood boards are a big part of working in fashion, but Brad also believes they are an excellent tool for stimulating creativity no matter what field you work in. "I think every office should include at least a few inspirational photos of the people, places and things you love, all the things that improve your mood and make you more imaginative.

4. Make Your Office Feel Like "Home

Many of us spend a large part of our day sitting at our desks, so it's very important that the office is actually a place where you want to be. "I like to think of my office as a small extension of my home, a mix of modern and vintage pieces," he says.
