A memory desk is a piece of furniture that helps the user to note and record all the small notes that appear spontaneously and are forgotten just as quickly.
Kirsten Camara, the designer of this desk, developed an obsession with remembering the past. Hundreds of thoughts pass through our minds daily, and at some point, we try our best to remember small things that would have been good to note down.
The memory desk solves this problem. The rolls of paper positioned under the desk can be easily wound up and store phone numbers, thoughts, addresses, ideas, and other things that come to mind and that we would like to access again sometimes.

From the outside, the table looks like an ordinary one; it is made of wood and has a very ingenious but simple operating system. The paper surface covers the wooden top, and after we have noted down important things, we can roll it up, and when necessary, we can review the notes.
The paper roll measures 1100 meters, and if we were to calculate how many A4 sheets would fit in this roll, we would conclude that we save some paper this way. The memory desk is an ideal piece of furniture for very creative people but also for those who are very disorganized.
