We were delighted by the spectacular transformation of this apartment, which was in an advanced state of deterioration and later became a very chic 70 square meter space in the heart of Barcelona. The new urban air combined with Nordic inspiration notes immediately captivates you.
The interior designers' objective materialized in the arrangement of a comfortable apartment that respects current trends and is suitable for subsequent rental. The apartment received a new Nordic look, full of vitality and light. Everything was combined spectacularly with industrial elements.
The first step consisted of widening the entry area into the apartment. Demolishing the wall in this area allowed natural light to invade the room with its effects and bring waves of freshness inside. The industrial loft atmosphere was strengthened by the continuity offered by decorating the wall with an antique brick look painted white.

A Spectacular Combination of Styles
This color scheme can also be found in furniture items - both in the pieces used for decoration, but especially in those belonging to the industrial style. The result obtained through this combination inspires freshness and cleanliness.
The dining area was integrated into the living room, but they were delimited by choosing several decorative elements such as the living room rug or the wall behind the table which was painted black halfway up.
The hallway was designed to maintain communication between the entrance space and the spacious living room. The design studio team wanted to achieve a spectacular effect by building a wooden wall that offers a sense of continuity. The doors were completely eliminated to create a deep feeling of infinity, with the mirror at the end of the hallway enhancing this effect.
