Inspired by nature, from a calm landscape in neutral shades and cheerful blue tones, the layout of this two-bedroom apartment harmoniously outlines a relaxed, soothing atmosphere while being an elegant refuge at the same time.
The 51 square meters of the dwelling are distributed in a generous living area consisting of the entrance hall and the open-plan living room where a small office space is integrated, a linear kitchen with access to the balcony, the bedroom, and the bathroom.
Located in a newly built block, the apartment was taken over by the Intento Studio interior design team with all finishes included (laminate flooring, general white washable paint, doors, and a fully equipped bathroom). The challenge consisted of personalizing the space and adapting it to the beneficiary's needs and desired style.
We find plenty of wood (beams and decorations), matte paint in sand tones and blue accents, soft, velvety textures.
“The layout is designed for a single person. Each space is designed to be functional and aesthetically pleasing so that it fits the beneficiary's requirements. He wanted a modern layout with elegant accents, and for this polyurethane frames, gold metallic accents, and velvet textures were used.”
Lighting plays an important role in this project: for relaxation and rest areas, a warm color temperature and diffuse lighting were chosen, while for work areas and the kitchen, stronger lighting was opted for (LED strips and light fixtures with more powerful bulbs and cool light).
To optimize the space and to fully correspond to the agreed concept, all the furniture was custom-made according to the architects' sketches, so that no area of the dwelling remained unexploited.
