At the beginning of the 2000s, Royale Belge decided to move its headquarters to another location, providing an opportunity to transform the building into a unique and modern hotel. Lionel Jadot saw extraordinary potential in the generous space and its bold architecture, believing it could be reimagined as an elegant and vibrant haven for visitors.

The Artistic Transformation:

Under Jadot's artistic vision, the building was transformed into a masterpiece of modern Art Deco style. Original details in concrete and glass were preserved and accentuated, while new elements were introduced to create a refined and contemporary atmosphere.

Custom-designed furniture, vibrant upholstery, and unique artworks were added to complement the Art Deco aesthetic and offer guests an immersive experience.
