If you're the type of person who focuses on a healthy lifestyle, then you certainly know that the first step to living a healthy life is a healthy diet, as natural as possible. Cucumbers are one of the staple plants of an efficient and healthy diet, which can be used in numerous dishes and salads.

Growing cucumbers is much easier than you might think and doesn't require very strict conditions or a large space in the garden.

The first step is to purchase some small containers that you will cover with fertile soil, after which you will need to get some slightly larger pots for the more advanced stages of plant development.

Once the soil is placed in these small containers, you will then place the seeds, one by one, at a depth of 1 cm and cover them. The soil should be watered with a small watering can or a bottle with the cap pierced.

After the first leaves appear, the container must be emptied, and the plant removed along with the soil and introduced into the larger pots. These must be watered again, and when they grow in size and height, they can be planted directly into the ground.
