A series of ornaments in the form of cuts and inserts were integrated into the furniture pieces. For some parts of the dwelling, wooden panels with a series of holes were chosen, creating an interesting sensation due to the play of light and shadow.
These panels create a more intimate atmosphere but can also be decorative elements that filter light while ensuring good air circulation within rooms.
Beyond their decorative role, these panels are a design feature architects have used to ensure natural air conditioning. This will provide coolness throughout the summer.
Some of the wood used was harvested from local forests, and some is even recycled. All appliances are energy efficient. Furthermore, demolition for space reconfiguration was done with a minimum of materials, some of which were recovered and recycled.
