The elements are carefully chosen to create a pleasant aesthetic interior without neglecting the functional aspect.
Intervention on the apartment's layout was possible even during the construction phase. As such, the kitchen was opened up to the living room, expanding the entire living area. The designer opted for a neutral color palette, with plenty of white to enhance the brightness of the whole space.
The layout itself is airy, with a minimalist approach. Each function is well-utilized. Smooth, glossy surfaces, straight-line design, and three-dimensional finishes all describe a current style that the beneficiaries have fully resonated with.
The living room design aimed to create symmetry, perceptible in the placement of the two sofas and mirrored surfaces flanking the decorative panel. The space is visually delineated from the rest of the area by LED strips from the false ceiling.
A bar area transitions into the kitchen; for delimitation purposes, the parquet flooring is replaced with ceramic tiles. The design doesn't impress, functionality taking precedence in this part of the house. Everything is incorporated to maintain a tidy style, and storage is well-addressed through two rows of upper cabinets. In the middle, a glass panel was chosen.
Within this perimeter was also included the dining area, enhanced by a beautiful lighting fixture.
The bedroom follows the neutral scheme with accents of dusty rose, a gentle and warm hue fitting for such a space. Finishes and textures evoke a feeling of comfort and tranquility, with a subtly feminine touch. This aspect is further emphasized by the makeup area situated near the window.
The bathroom was also designed in the same spirit, a more spacious area allowing for the installation of both a bathtub and a shower cabin marked by a mosaic wall.
