100 g vegetable margarine
30 ml olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano
350 ml water
Salt to taste
Preparation method:
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and mix it with the sifted flour, 50 g vegetable margarine, salt, and oregano. Knead the dough and let it rise for 30-40 minutes in a warm place.
Wash and chop the vegetables: green beans and cauliflower into small pieces, mushrooms sautéed and chopped, green onions in slices, drained corn. Slice the vegan sausages thinly.
Roll out the dough into a 1 cm thick sheet and place it in a greased baking pan dusted with flour. Prick the dough with a fork.
Spread diluted tomato paste over the dough, then arrange the vegetables and vegan sausages. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at medium heat for 30 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
