Today's arrangement demonstrates that using bold colors, prints and geometric themes can give a space a youthful air with lots of personality.
Opening the GaleriaSpatiul is inhabited by a family of 3 members, the youngest being a 12-year-old girl. The beneficiaries wanted a bedroom for the girl, a storage area and a balance between functional and aesthetic. The requirements were minimal, for a comfortable and decent living space, and the solution was to give up the living room so it could be transformed into the child's room.
The designers involved in this project managed to give the home a modern, elegant and suitable air for their needs.
The design is modern with Scandinavian notes and the emphasis is on simplicity and functionality. The free space, uninterrupted clean lines and delicate finishes are some of the basic elements of this arrangement.
Although the space is not very generous, the kitchen is equipped with everything needed functionally. The furniture is minimalist, with a glossy front and is based on the push-in system for opening doors and drawers. Natural light easily penetrates through the balcony door, managing to leave its mark on the entire space.
The lighting fixtures manage to highlight each area and the impression left is followed by the feeling of a space full of warmth and comfort.
The girl's bedroom is decorated according to her taste and personality. The room is bright, colorful and cheerful. Yellow manages to bring energy and a personal touch to the entire interior. The surface of the room allowed for the arrangement of three important areas: the sleeping area, the reading area and the relaxation area.
A small bed, with a headboard upholstered in yellow fabric, occupies the center of the wall and the rest of the furniture pieces: a desk for work and a piece of furniture used as a bookcase have been positioned around it. In parallel, a dressing room is arranged on the entire wall.
For an extra sense of spaciousness, mirrors are mounted on its sliding doors, so the light reflects and visually enlarges the space.
