Living at the court brings with it a series of tools and machinery whose absence you only realize when various circumstances force you to use them. About some of them, I mentioned here. But besides these, I believe that one of the most important and necessary pieces of machinery is the generator.

Before buying a generator, you need to determine the reason why you are buying it: do you want electricity at your vacation home, to have it on hand for periods of power outages caused by network failures or weather phenomena (storms, snowfall) or do you desire a generator as a continuous source of electricity?

I am sure that you have experienced at least once a power outage that disrupted your activity at that moment or lasted several hours enough to fully feel the lack of electrical energy. Therefore, in such situations, a generator can be very useful for you.

Also, if you live in areas where electricity is frequently interrupted, such a device is necessary so that you can continue your work without worries. Make sure the generator is fueled with gasoline and that the oil reservoir is full.

If you like to go hiking often or go on vacation with a tent, then take a generator with you. Choose a portable model, easy to transport, with a power suitable for your needs. Be careful to take enough gasoline or diesel fuel with you to use it optimally. When not in use, store it in a place protected from heat and moisture; this will ensure a longer lifespan.

Apart from the purpose for which you want to purchase such a device, you should consider the type of current you want to have from the generator: single-phase or three-phase and for how many appliances you will use it; for vital sources, such as the house lights and refrigerator, or for all the household appliances.
