When searching for an apartment to become our home, we are often willing to prioritize numerous arguments related to the dwelling's location, access to transportation, the floor it is located on, surface area, layout, finishes used, and the age of the building.
This last landmark is of particular interest to us from a seismic perspective, perhaps not thinking enough about what life would be like for us in such a building.
Although in recent times we are increasingly interested in a healthy lifestyle and a healthy environment, we still do not have enough knowledge about Construction quality in which we are about to move and, therefore, sometimes unpleasant incidents occur, such as fallen ceilings, uninsulated balcony doors, or mold on the walls.
Moreover, the secret to a successful interior design often lies in less visible details, such as straight walls finished without imperfections, a level floor, quality joinery, solid walls that attenuate noise from neighbors, correctly installed sockets and switches according to the needs of the owners, and last but not least, an intelligent, comfortable layout that won't create problems in the long term.
The 5 modern designs created by renowned designers for the T HE P AR K Apartments residential complex, a place we have previously collaborated with and which has impressed us through its highly appealing arrangements, highlight all the attributes that any home should have.
Each of the 5 designs stands out precisely for what we mentioned above: the quality of the house structure and premium execution, which together with the concepts proposed by Romanian designers give rise to perfect homes.
Thus, comfort alongside the safety of the living space are found on the list of priorities. And this can be confirmed by Silviu Grigorescu himself, General Manager of Hanner Romania, the developer of the complex, who is also the owner of one of the apartments.
We have lived for two years, together with our family, in a Y TO NG apartment building and we love it very much, not only because of the homey atmosphere but also due to the comfort this space has provided us.
The walls performed very well, and the maintenance costs were even lower than we expected. I believe it is extremely important for someone purchasing a new apartment to inquire about the building's administration costs.
Another important factor for us was the ability to choose wall anchoring for large furniture pieces, freeing up floor space. This gave us greater freedom in selecting design solutions.
