Opening the Gallery As this is a two-level home with an interior staircase, the layout is divided into two areas of interest, whose balanced spaces are precisely delimited by furniture placement. The open space comprising the kitchen, living room, dining area, and hallway brings to the forefront a fresh ambiance with subtle Scandinavian influences.
The sensation of freshness is accentuated by the natural oak of the spiral staircase treads, a component which, through its delicate and simple appearance, creates a continuous link between the two main areas.
Simplicity and naturalness are key in this transformation, helping to add a practical character as well as visually impactful elements, such as accessories. Because we're talking about an atypical dwelling, tall and narrow, the impressive amount of white, accents of green, gray, and wood, obtain a bright, visually expanded space, enveloped in freshness.
The hallway furniture, consisting of a coat rack, a dresser, and a bench, along with the two living room dressers, adds a classic touch that blends perfectly with the minimalism expressed by the kitchen, highlighting the modern accent of the 3D wall.
The centerpiece of this design is a novel element: 3D panels made from sugarcane reeds, mounted, painted, and treated with special latex-based materials. This solution provides an accessible way to highlight a transformation that aims to stand out.
These components are complemented by two nonconformist lighting fixtures, an armchair and a sofa adorned with exotic patterns, and two transparent polycarbonate bar stools, all in eclectic harmony.
