For today, we have chosen to present a classic design, reinterpreted in a modern way, where the emphasis was placed on functionality, comfort and aesthetics. The 2-room apartment describes a story in calm and pastel colors where the main character, light, valorizes every corner.
The home is designed for a young couple who wanted a space flooded with light with a beautiful desk integrated into the living room space and plenty of storage spaces.
The designers created fluid, spacious and functional spaces for each area of the house. Emphasis was placed on the harmony between shapes, lines and textures. Decorative elements, the chosen color scheme and the interplay created between natural and artificial light are the main secrets revealed by the designer in this design. The result is an airy space with a neat, clean appearance, with refined notes.
In the living room, multifunctional furniture with plenty of storage space was opted for. The floral patterned wallpaper manages to break the monotony, while the accent color green is highlighted through the white background. In this way, the space comes alive and adds the desired personal touch. Next to the window we find the desk set up for working from home.
The kitchen area is small, which is why it extends into the hallway. The furniture reaches the ceiling and suspended shelves appear, representing the solution for optimal space utilization. For better organization and efficiency of the space, an L-shaped configuration was designed for the wall furniture with built-in appliances.
The master bedroom brings to the forefront a double upholstered bed coordinated with carefully chosen textures. The background remains neutral, with plenty of white and cream, to balance the pastel accents of purple and lilac. Elegance is expressed through the introduction of lighting fixtures and various decorative objects into the decor.
Also in this night area, a wardrobe was incorporated into the wall with a vast space dedicated to storage. The rug was omitted to emphasize continuity and the idea of more space. On either side of the window are two bookcases with an integrated reading table, and the overall image is impressive.
The simplicity expressed in colors and light gives the home an extra touch of charm and energy.
