Spring brings a special event tailored for fashion enthusiasts. Already at its 5th edition, #Creativo will take place on April 14-15, 2018, at the ARCUB Cultural Center (Old Town, Hanul Gabroveni, Lipscani Street no. 84 – 90), between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm, and promises to be the most important edition so far.
The organizers of #Creativo have prepared over 40 conferences and workshops on fashion, tailoring, style, entrepreneurship, as well as meetings with renowned designers and stylists.
Atelier openings Specialists from ILB AHii ateliers will introduce enthusiasts to the world of draping and fashion design, teach them how to sew using a high-performance machine, or cut clothing items according to patterns.
The Brodat si Cusut team will offer visitors the opportunity to test top-of-the-line Brother brand sewing, serging, and embroidery machines for home or industrial use.
Among the speakers of the Spring edition are fashion industry entrepreneurs such as Mirela Bucovicean (Molecule F), top designers such as Ionut Glavan (Mineli Boutique), Elena Perseil, Mirela Diaconu or Maria Marinescu, as well as emerging designers.
Participants will be able to learn more about public relations and promotion in the fashion industry from Ines Turturica (former PR director Acasa Tv), Otrava (Blogu lu’ Otrava) and Eniko Szanto (stylist at PROTV), while Maurice Munteanu, fashion editor of Elle Romania magazine and judge on the show Bravo ai stil!, will discuss aesthetics, style, trends, and what it means to be a stylist in Romania.
Roxana Dobrita, Editor-in-Chief of Beau Monde, assisted by a team of professionals, will create a fashion editorial from scratch. Her team consists of designer Diana Caramaci and ILBAH Atelier trainers: hairstylist Alex Barbulescu (Fox), makeup artist Alina Serban, and photographer Bogdan Zop.
Matei Corvin, a renowned shoemaker, will manually craft a pair of leather footwear during a spectacular and unique workshop.
