The renovation of a house can take a long time, with each detail requiring more or less attention depending on its difficulty. However, in the case of this house, the designer had only two weeks to complete the project, during which the entire team renovated the house down to the finest detail.

The homeowners gave the designer and their team free rein, visiting only once to see the progress of the work. The entire selection of furniture and decorations was made without prior consultation, so the end result reserved a more than pleasant surprise for them –the dream house they hoped to have as soon as possible.

Being a predominantly open space, the idea was to create cohesion so that the main theme, the nautical theme, could be found in every area. Thus, all the walls were painted white for added brightness. Spotlights predominate on the entire sloping ceiling, designed like a tent.

Although there are no walls to fragment the main room, pieces of furniture have been used to visually delimit the living and dining areas and the kitchen.

An imposing, vintage cupboard stands between the living room and the dining room, the lighting fixture marks the dining area, and the kitchen is separated from the rest of the house by a countertop bar completed with four rattan chairs.

Touches of color in pale green, blue, and turquoise complete the theme of the house. The large windows occupy a significant portion of the walls, offering a unique view of the ocean. Practically, the exterior is reflected in the interior through the chosen color palette. Large paintings also accompany the decor theme and provide cohesion for the entire space.
