Designer Anastasia Bondareva fulfilled all the wishes of a young family in this design: from the integrated fireplace in the living room furniture to the bench placed by the window, a perfect spot for dreaming and relaxing.
The 3-room, 74 square meter apartment received a new look, one that is modern and very stylish, elegant, with a high-gloss white kitchen, a dressing room in the bedroom, and an amazing view of the city.
The clients, a young couple recently married, have their own businesses and travel a lot; in their free time they prefer to read a good book or have dinner with friends. They are fans of the modern style, with slight classic accents and inserts of warm pastel colors.
The apartment has an elongated, trapezoidal shape, with windows on opposite sides, in the bedroom and open space. The layout created a clear delimitation of the two zones, day and night.
To the right of the entrance is the matrimonial bedroom, with its own dressing room and study area, while to the left the common living-kitchen-dining space was arranged. The third room, adjacent to the living room, is currently furnished as an office, and in the future it will be the child's room.
The designer contributed through the materials, colors and finishes used to tame the irregular shapes of the apartment, so that all the sharp corners and angles are not perceived so harshly.
Trying to distract attention from the non-parallelism of the walls, the parquet was laid at 45 degrees, which also gives dynamism to the space and contributes to the modern atmosphere of the home.
According to the beneficiaries' wishes, many storage spaces were created. In the office, a large wardrobe with sliding doors and a glass corner display case were created for displaying souvenirs from travels. The TV chest was created as an extension of the desk, harmoniously integrating the two zones.
The dining area is strongly marked by the imposing chandelier and the wall decorated with decorative profiles between which spotlights of different lengths are interspersed, creating an interesting dynamic and a pleasant luminous effect while emphasizing the importance of the area.
A recreation area was created in the loggia, where you can enjoy the view, having panoramic windows. The niche with a bench with velvet seat and back provides ample storage space and the perfect place to relax; the designer says she often uses this trick when designing balconies.
For the night zone, an asymmetrical composition was suggested: suspended light fixtures are placed on the left side of the bed from the ceiling, while on the right we find a bedside lamp from the same family of lamps, placed on the elegant nightstand.
