Arad, September 25 – Elis Pavaje, the leader of the Romanian precast concrete market, has launched new products in the P RE MI UM and P RE MI UM P LU S ranges. The products can be seen in the largest Elis Pavaje showroom in Romania, a space dedicated to innovative solutions for outdoor landscaping, opened to the public on September 20 in Arad.
Those looking to modernize their yard, terrace or garden with high-quality and durable materials now have the opportunity to explore the full range of products, from paving stones and tiles to concrete furniture, all presented in a modern and inspirational setting.
The PREMIUM PLUS range, manufactured at the Arad factory, offers two additional benefits: a distinctive appearance due to mechanical surface processing and ease of cleaning, resulting from impregnation with special additives.
We launched this range to keep pace with Western European trends and to meet customer demands and the growing need for premium products. Mechanical processing is achieved through fine or coarse abrasion, scoring, and brushing, depending on the aggregates in the finishing layer, resulting in various textures.
The newly launched products are the result of a team of professionals' work, who have succeeded in creating products with exceptional finishes, adaptable to weather conditions, thus satisfying even the demanding requirements of any project, explained Emil Goța, General Manager of Elis Pavaje.
Regarding impregnation, Elis Pavaje applies two types of treatments. The first is Vivid Color, which ensures the maintenance of vivid hues for a long time and is used for products in the P RE MI UM range.
Vivid Color Plus is an additional deep-treatment technology for concrete that ensures long-term protection of paving against dirt, resulting in a very easy-to-maintain product. This type of treatment is applied to products in the PREMIUM PLUS range.

The C IT AD IN range of paving stones, with dimensions of 30x60x6 cm, features a striated surface, introduced as a novelty to the Romanian market. The result of using a special mechanical processing method is a surface with a unique raised texture, delicately striated, reminiscent of chiseled and sharpened rock blocks, imitating the influence of natural forces and the passage of time.
The consistent surface level, degree of texturing, and additional adhesion capabilities are achieved through a surface modeling process. The non-slip finish provides not only protection for children and the elderly but also has an authentic, elegant, and timeless look.
