At first glance, “Evolution Door” – “Usa Evolutiei”, designed and created by Austrian artist Klemens Torggler, looks like a modern barn door, but you can't really have a concrete idea of what to expect from it or if you should expect anything at all.
Initially, you will get the impression that it is just a slightly stylized door that opens normally, like any other door, but with a unique and very attractive design. Such a door would certainly be an extremely modern and chic piece for your entire home, and the first time your friends come over they will be amazed by how the doors open in your house.
As you can see, the Austrian artist has come up with a completely new concept, applying a system that is totally outside the box, which surprises even the most experienced interior designers when it comes to doors and furniture.
However, being an eccentric piece, we don't see conservatives adopting this door model anytime soon, but without a doubt, “Evolution Door” is a solution for the future. A future that promises smaller and smaller apartments to save space will no longer have room for classic doors which are often bulky and take up space when they are open.
The Evolution Door opens in a very unique way, practically folding inward and fitting perfectly against the wall, saving very necessary space for the look of a room, which can be used for other purposes, whether practical or purely aesthetic.
We have to admit that this door took us by surprise with its modern and unique factor, and the way it opens is commendable. The only thing that still needs work is the sound insulation of a room, but this problem will be solved in no time!
