The chemicals in cleaning products we buy from the store are harmful to our health. Instead, we propose a healthier and cheaper alternative for cleaning stains in your home.

When unpleasant odors bother you at home, boil water with cinnamon and other ingredients such as orange peels and cloves. Let them simmer over low heat and the whole house will be enveloped in a pleasant, natural scent.

Stains on furniture or parquet can be cleaned with a solution of one part water and soap or dishwashing detergent. Use a soft cloth dampened in this solution. After cleaning, polish the area with one part vinegar or lemon juice and two parts olive oil. Apply to the cloth and gently wipe the surface. Then, with a clean material, polish.

This way you will avoid commercial products that contain harmful substances.

Windows will shine if you wipe them with the eternal vinegar that everyone has in their kitchen. Half a cup of vinegar diluted in water, enough to clean the dirty surface. Always use a microfiber cloth for best results.

For the metal parts in your home we recommend using the same ingredients from the kitchen, at hand for anyone. Take a teaspoon of salt and a cup of vinegar. Pour in a little flour until you get a paste. Wipe using this composition and then clarify with a clean cloth. Attention here: not all metal parts in the house tolerate vinegar!

Polish your shoes using a banana peel. Although it may seem unpleasant, the result is remarkable. It works especially well on leather footwear. Clean off any excess with a kitchen towel and give it shine with a soft cloth.
