In the pursuit of a perfect home for a young family, a remarkable project for a 100 sq m house has come to life. A sublime representation of modern design, this dwelling in Oradea demonstrates that style and functionality can go hand in hand.

Opening into GaleriaLocuința, the single-level layout masterfully blends modern style with industrial accents in the living and dining area, while the bedroom boasts classic touches. The emphasis on creating harmony between the different spaces of the house and maximizing the potential of each zone makes this home not only aesthetically pleasing but also incredibly practical.

As Susanna Utbult and Jenny Jonsson say, When you take care of your home, you take care of yourself.

The house plan is well-conceived, encompassing an open-plan living area with a dining zone and open space kitchen, a master bedroom, a child's room, a study, and two spacious bathrooms. Despite the complexity of the design, the project implementation duration was only 10 weeks, thanks to close and efficient collaboration between the involved teams.

The aesthetics are defined by a neutral color palette, where wood tones harmoniously combine with blue in the living area and pink in the bedroom. The furniture, designed and manufactured exclusively to order, comes from Mobila Terra in Oradea.

Moreover, bright accents and electrical details were made possible thanks to partners at D HElectric System. Regarding finishes, tiles and ceramics were selected from the range offered by Tubadzin.

What transforms this house into a work of art is the meticulous attention to detail and the high level of quality. Everything is arranged to provide a coherent stylistic image and ensure smooth circulation within the dwelling.

The project is signed by the talented Ramona Bunoaica from Armonia Design, and the allocated budget for this realized dream was 50,000 euros. In conclusion, this modern house is clear proof that dreams become reality when passion, expertise, and collaboration come together.
