Located in one of the most cultural and historical cities in China, Nanjing Zendai Himalayas Center will strive to preserve traces of the past while celebrating the latest high-tech innovations.
Opening: Gallery Inspired by the traditional "shanshui" style of Chinese landscape paintings, "Shanshui City" is equipped with an artificial setting that mixes mountain-shaped towers above a riverine environment.
The site is divided into 6 lots, composed of curved corridors located within commercial complexes and thus connecting the street world with raised vertical gardens.
Glass towers in the shape of mountains frame the river landscape with a group of small houses, and together with pedestrian bridges, waterfalls and winding rivers form a unique setting. Furthermore, continuing this aspect are reservoir systems and vertical sunshades, elements that equip the glass towers.
The "Nanjing Zendai Himalayas" Center is under construction, with completion scheduled for 2017.
