Located in the Rive Gauche district of Paris, Grădina Nature Urbaine is a green oasis set on a former abandoned railway platform. Inaugurated in 2019, the garden quickly became a popular space for locals and tourists alike.

The Nature Urbaine project was initiated as a way to revitalize a disadvantaged industrial area and create an accessible green space for the community. The landscaping was carried out by Franco-Brazilian landscape architect Jacqueline Coutras, known for her ecological and sustainable projects.

Coutras designed the garden as a series of connected terraces, each with its own theme and specific vegetation. The terraces are landscaped with a variety of native and exotic plants, as well as water features, sculptures, and urban furniture.
