In a 53 square meter space, many things are desired to be implemented, but few are actually realized. Most of the time, we want more storage areas, but in reality, we don't really know how to do that. The vision of a professional is often a lifesaver.

We will use the example of this two-room apartment, where the designer's intervention led to a transformation beyond the clients' expectations.

One of the modifications undertaken in this project was to reduce the bedroom area and create a dressing area; by changing the door from the entrance to the room, the hallway could thus be easily widened. These things were possible thanks to the initial 22 square meters.

In addition to the dressing room within the bedroom, wardrobes were also inserted in the living room, on one side and the other of the door, and in the hallway, on almost an entire wall. All of these proved to be very useful, ensuring efficient and functional spaces for the beneficiaries.

Stylistically, the achieved design comes in a modern approach, with small retro inserts, all in neutral, calm tones. With discreet elegance, the decors in each area were outlined, the pieces being carefully chosen.

The interior design overflows with good taste; we like how some retro furniture pieces have been incorporated, which actually define the theme of this project. Everything is harmonious and pleasantly drawn in every room.

Despite the wardrobes integrated into the living room space, the space does not seem to suffer. A summary furnishing was maintained to allow the decor to breathe. The sofa, the retro bookcase and the two overlapping tables are the notable pieces of the room. Chromatically, the discreet shades of blue and gray keep everything in a serene, relaxing note.

For the kitchen, the design was desired in the same spirit. The table with chairs, as well as the decorative tiles at floor level, manage to convey the retro thematic notes. The furniture is simple, with a linear design and a glossy white front. Arranged on two sides, the kitchen receives what is necessary for functional work areas.

The bedroom also overflows with discreet elegance, in which the desk and chair, along with the small table at the foot of the bed, bring us back to the forefront the retro motif of the design. The accent wall created with moldings highlights the TV area, and on the other side, the gray painted wall alongside paintings brings the bed area into focus.
