On Saturday, September 6th, starting at 8:00 PM, as part of the Creative Est Weekend event, the first edition of a festival dedicated to cultural and creative industries (September 6-7, 2014), will host the second auction of Pretuiesc Design Romanesc, organized in partnership with Casa de Licitatii Goldart Ghildus.
Prior to the selection of Romanian short films, a series of objects from the Dizainar collections will be auctioned off during the event.
Under the aegis of the Pretuiesc Design Romanesc campaign, we have assigned a price to all otherwise priceless objects, in order to facilitate your valuation process.
On Saturday and Sunday, visitors to the Dizainar stand can spontaneously appreciate the objects on sale using the classic "I like it, I'll buy it" method. On Saturday evening, those same visitors and their friends have the chance to value Romanian design in an organized manner during a special auction held for them on stage.
Starting prices for products in the auction are lower than showroom prices, so we expect to see you there in large numbers. The Creative East Festival is organized by the ORICUM Association and invites the public to discover over 30 local brands that will share their stories this first September weekend and talk about their journey from idea to success.
Molecule F, Autor, Intro, Fabrik, Cameleo, Bucuresti Optimixed, Lavacow, Saga Film, cai verzi pe pereti, Bumbag Ramona Manea, Bita Color, Bewise Collective Movement, Laborazon Maker Space, Dizainar, Marele Deget Mare, Artskul, Turific! handmade, designforkidz.com, The Alternative School for Creative Thinking, Bucharest Design Center and Creative Arts are among those who are part of the new wave of Romanian creatives.
Saturday from 5:00 PM, relaxed discussions about film, design and contemporary art will take place during Aperitiv Creativ. From 8:00 PM, the public is invited to the first auction held at Gradina Botanica: with the support of Dizainar and the Gold Art auction house, the public will be able to bid on Romanian design objects during the "„Pretuiesc Design Romanesc” event.
