Spring is the perfect time to start cleaning and reassess the layout of each of our homes.

Open GalleryUsually, when we refer to the term "decorating," it means adding decorative elements or furniture pieces. In fact, decorating, or rather, the redecoration process, does not always imply this. Often, a room has more to gain if we remove certain existing objects or pieces.

This helps the room breathe, appear brighter, be more coherent in its entirety, and ultimately make us feel better in it.

Let's take, for example, a desk that you have had in your living room for many years. It no longer seems to fit the look of the room. You changed the sofa and armchairs, but the desk remained, always thinking that you would need it when working from home. However, its presence is damaging the appearance of the room. Whether you recognize it or not, it's time for the desk to disappear. Don't just throw it away.

Evaluate the situation! Can you use it for another purpose if you disassemble it? Can the components be incorporated into other furniture pieces? Or maybe the best option would be to donate it for a good cause. The space left vacant will allow you to reconsider the entire furniture arrangement in the living room and thus have more space.

We are convinced that many of you have, either in the living room or in the kitchen, complete sets of dishes or coffee cups and glasses of all kinds received or purchased on various occasions.
