What is the story behind Rock Star Construct?

Rock Star Construct was born out of the desire to offer the Romanian market quality products and services at fair prices. From the very first day, we wanted to grow both as a company and the market in which we operate, a market that I consider quite difficult but which is thirsty for quality products, prompt and professional services, professionals, and speed. All this can certainly not exist if we do not have competitive prices. Today, in Romania, the customer no longer throws money at any product without considering prices, but informs himself before making a purchase so that the price/quality ratio is as good as possible.

We started with two people in the company who did everything, but we still do it today with a lot of passion and consistency, and today we are a team of over 20 people plus all our collaborators in various fields, a very beautiful team that grows every day and tries to constantly surpass its condition.

You are one of the main importers of natural stone in Romania, you run a strong and continuously developing business. We cannot help but assume that this is due to the quality of the products you make available to your customers, but also to the existence of a demand for these materials.

Therefore, Romanians are looking for natural stone for their homes? Why? What are the advantages of these materials?

We have had a very natural growth over all these years, we work very transparently and we want the same working conditions for the years to come.

Certainly, many times you are at a disadvantage in a market where many still work without documents, companies that do not invest in educating the market, companies that do not invest in marketing, PR and promotion, but I believe that this is what made us different from the rest of the market.

The field of natural stone is quite difficult and it is hard to qualify whether a stone is of quality or not, but certainly for connoisseurs there are differences between a commercial quality stone and a standard quality or quality 1 stone. Romanians are looking for natural stone, but this has only started happening in recent years after several years of major investments in education, information, and promotion.

At the same time, Romanians are looking for natural stone because we do our job well.

We have a lot of clients who come to us from recommendations: from friends, neighbors, relatives who bought natural stone from us, and because we did our job well, they recommend us, and the fact that we are appreciated both by existing customers and future customers is the greatest satisfaction we can have.
