Inspiration for today comes from Constanta. We found here a 2-bedroom apartment with a modern design realized by the team at Interior Store.
With an area of 55 square meters, this project surprises through the unusual finishes used, but with a spectacular overall effect.
The space dedicated to the living area is generous, including the kitchen. The two functions communicate harmoniously, the only delimitation being the island type body, which can be used both for dining and as a work area. Instead of the classic parquet, the beneficiaries opted for an epoxy floor, both in the living room and in the kitchen, thus providing a unitary character to the arrangement.
The living room decor follows a minimalist line, with a focus on functionality. A comfortable corner sofa, a coffee table, and a bookcase with various storage spaces create an airy living room arrangement.
The chosen chromatic is predominantly neutral, but with turquoise accents (a shade that somehow reminds us of the sea). White, earth tones, and natural wood textures blend harmoniously, describing a pleasant and comfortable interior. The glossy effect of the floor reflects light and together with the generous windows, the space seems more spacious and brighter.
The kitchen area is compact, well integrated into the context of the opening towards the living room. The shade of off-white for the furniture opens up the area by amplifying the light. With an L-shaped arrangement, the space offers everything you need from a kitchen.
Appliances are incorporated into the furniture for an extra visual unity needed in open spaces (even the thermal power plant was masked with a storage column).
The transition to the bedroom is made through a small hallway where a piece of furniture has been arranged for storage. Here we also encounter the same type of flooring, and the walls finished with a decorative paint applied with a special technique, along with turquoise accents manage to outline a dynamic arrangement, amplifying the feeling of space.
