This weekend, in Constitution Square in Bucharest, the T IM ON - National Real Estate Fair is taking place. Over 100 real estate companies, developers, agencies, brokers and consulting firms are participating.
Over 10,000 new and old apartments and villas, completed or under delivery, are being put up for sale at this fall edition of the National Real Estate Fair - T IM ON, with prices starting from 22,000 euros for a studio apartment on Şoseaua Olteniţei to 950,000 euros in Primăverii.
Over 200 residential complexes will be promoted at the exhibition, most of them located in central and semi-central areas, but also peripheral areas of Bucharest, as well as outside the capital, including by the sea.
Two-bedroom apartments will be put up for sale starting from 33,000 euros (also in Sector 4), while the minimum price for three-bedroom units will be 52,000 euros. At the other extreme, the most expensive property in the fair is located on Bulevardul Primăverii, has 16 rooms and costs 950,000 euros.
Compared to the spring edition of T IM ON, organizers estimate that the minimum prices at which homes in Bucharest are being put up for sale have increased slightly and there is also a more active presence of developers with small-scale projects, of up to 200 units.
