Our company's social responsibility lies in ensuring our products are composed of ecological materials from renewable sources, while adhering to environmental protection policies.

The wooden houses we build are processed in a state-of-the-art factory. The structural elements are cut using high-performance CNC machines dedicated to wood processing, resulting in very minimal waste.

Wall prefabrication is carried out on professional tables that ensure safety, and packaging is done according to current standards. Packaging materials are recycled.

When did you start this project? And why, so to speak?

The idea to establish SC Jirma N Engineering SRL came seven years ago, likely from the ambition to become the best in designing and building wooden houses. We want to remain in Romania, develop our business with integrity, create jobs, and have healthy and satisfied clients.

We are increasingly encountering the term "ecologic house". Could you explain to our readers what this means?

An ecological house can be achieved by maximizing production efficiency, creating structures from natural materials, minimizing CO2 emissions, creating as many energy-autonomous houses as possible, insulating houses with natural materials (wood fiber, hemp, sheep's wool, straw, etc.) and correctly sealing houses to prevent heat loss during operation.

How long does it take to build a house of this type?

The maximum timeframe from conceiving a building to the doorstep of your home would be 2 years and 3 months, according to a Japanese saying. This means that all details must be carefully planned within 2 years, with the actual construction of the house, from submitting permit applications to finishing touches, taking a maximum of 3 months.
