Homes flooded with natural light are a dream that these beneficiaries have come to see fulfilled. We're talking about an interior design from Spain which we invite you to admire in the following.

Interior designer Paula Duarte was responsible for the interior design. Her mission was to create a warm, welcoming and bright interior, with well-defined functions and optimal spaces for each member.

The emphasis was placed on the living area with common spaces used by the whole family. Paula started from a neutral base, with white, creams and beiges over which she added cheerful tones of pink, turquoise, blue or green. Thus, any chromatic accent stands out and imprints joy on the entire decor, and the feeling of comfort and well-being is obtained through textile decorations.

Socializing areas are well highlighted in the design; thus, we have an optimally arranged living room for conversations, as well as a dining room for moments of reunion with family or friends. To keep everything as airy and fluid as possible, furniture was chosen with pieces that do not visually aggress the room.

The bookcase with a metal frame and wooden shelves is the best proof of this. The rest of the decor combines contrasts between fine and vaporous textures such as those of curtains, soft and fluffy like decorative pillows or rugs, but also more rigid or rough like wood or metal furniture pieces.

In the kitchen, the furniture was designed to achieve maximum functionality. Therefore, the pieces were made to order, with a simple design with milled handles and glossy MDF fronts. White is predominant to amplify the space and enhance the brightness of the room.

Optimizing the main furniture on a single side allowed for the integration of a small dining area; in order to increase storage areas, the designer also provided two upper cabinets on this side of the kitchen to avoid visually overloading this area. The choice of that white textile roller blind blocks light but without affecting the brightness of the room.

Upstairs, the bedrooms and bathrooms were furnished. Here, Paula followed the same line with diaphanous and relaxing decors, with a neutral base and cheerful chromatic accents, especially in the children's rooms.
