We love refurbished homes with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. We want to share them with you even more because each one is a source of inspiration through the design it brings us.

Therefore, we chose to talk to you today about this one-story house. The space has been redesigned into an open plan, with the living room and dining room now forming a single unit. Upstairs we will find a bedroom with a bathroom and storage area. We will focus our description on the living area and the functions found on the ground floor.

Open Plan Design

The kitchen has also undergone transformations to introduce an intimate dining space and additional storage spaces.

The large windows in the living room allow natural light to penetrate the room, giving it increased brightness. The neutral color scheme allows the space to breathe, appear cleaner and airier. Open, they capture a very pleasant view of the terrace and the lush green spaces outside.

We like that this design does not abound in tiring elements. Furniture and decorations blend harmoniously to describe a comfortable and pleasant decor. 2 sofas, 2 coffee tables, one placed next to the sofa, plants, an imposing lamp and a minimalist area outlined with a TV and an ecological fireplace. The conversation area opens towards the dining room, creating that natural connection between spaces.

Functional Kitchen

The bedrooms maintain the same line of minimalist design, inspired by Scandinavian aesthetics. The bathrooms are elegant with a generous sink, a large mirror and a walk-in shower, wonderful contemporary fittings that you have to see for yourself to be inspired in turn.
