Red wine is never better than in winter, when temperatures outside drop to moderate levels and it's warm and cozy inside, with the family gathered around the table. Through its intense color, alluring aroma, and deep taste, red wine awakens you as if from a slumber and makes you feel young, full of zest, with hope in your heart and strength in your body.
When you drink red wine in winter, you experience a paradox. Despite the inert landscape outside, you feel in your heart that everything is possible and you are ready for new beginnings. The ruby color in your glass creates a beautiful contrast with the white and gray tones around you, until all that remains in your mind is it and it inspires you with energy, love, passion, and zest for life.
Even though the first snow hasn't fallen yet, I still felt the power of quality red wine when I tasted Fetească Neagră from Crama Oprișor at the Hai cu Pluta! Festival.
As official partners, supporters of Romanian businesses and passionate about wine, we, the Fabricatin RO team, couldn't miss Hai cu Pluta! this autumn either, where we delighted in Romanian liquors and were once again convinced that those from Crama Oprișor deserve to be categorized in a superior class in terms of quality, taste, and packaging design.
