The lifestyle of the owners was the starting point for the designers at Nuca Studio in creating the project.
The family is always surrounded by friends, which implies a spacious layout with interest centers on each floor. The building has volumes of different sizes, arranged on two floors and openings on both sides.
Inside, the rooms communicate with each other, with only a few being completely closed off. On the ground floor there is an open space that includes the living room, kitchen and dining area. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a play area.
The decor is modern and nonconformist. The standout materials are wood and glass. These are complemented by natural textiles which make the house a place of relaxation and rest. The colors are predominantly neutral, with occasional accent hues of green, yellow and salmon.
