This project was love at first sight. The photographs captivated us immediately. We invite you to view this magnificent design through its decorative details and, above all, the strong personalization of the space.
Located in the suburbs of Paris, the house was built in 1948 with a predominantly brick exterior. The narrow facade hides spacious rooms inside, allowing the couple to decorate them in an original way, very close to their preferences and tastes.
Two of the upstairs bedrooms were combined to create the master bedroom. The black wall with gold triangles catches every eye. White walls served as a base for the decor. The triangle motif will also be found in the bedding. Black Tom Dixon lamps create a focal point; alongside the black wall, the space gains coherence.
The accessories and decorative objects in the bedroom are noteworthy. The paintings illustrating various images and drawings and the gold hexagonal shapes on the headboard are remarkable for how they integrate into the overall decor.
Often neglected, the dressing room is decorated here with objects that represent each of the two. The wallpaper, paintings, and penguin are just a few of the items that delight in this house.
The original staircase of the house has been preserved, the natural beauty of the wood and its aged appearance being defining features of the personalized decor.
Each person's workspace is brimming with personality. Colors and shapes best describe the two's vision for design.
The living area, consisting of the living room and dining room, is an explosion of colors and charming details, from the texture of the rug to the prints on the decorative pillows and the nature-inspired shapes of the lighting fixtures.
