Every time we stroll through Bucharest, we can't help but stop and admire the multitude of incredibly beautiful buildings, realized in unique architectural styles, which still emanate the air of old Paris.

Although most of these old buildings are in an advanced state of degradation, there are people who have an eye for such dwellings and manage to always see the potential that any heritage building has.

This is also the case with Radu V., a young entrepreneur of only 28 years old, who while driving through the 1 Mai area, saw a building almost destroyed, left abandoned for many years.

Radu V., the artist who saw the immense potential this building has, decided to change its status from ruin to luxury home. Together with the architects from Studio 1408: Lucian Bugnariu, Diana Bugnariu, Tudor Bugnariu and Andrada Toader Pasti, he purchased this property in 2013 and in about a year, they managed to completely transform it.

As you will see, the results are extremely spectacular, and the house located in the Turda area, 1 Mai, now bears the name "Casa R". The footprint is 38 sqm, and the house includes a basement, ground floor, first floor and a terrace with a superb urban view.
