The images of this holiday home called Masseria Scorcialupi in Italy could be a good illustration of the expression "la dolce vita". The house is located in the Pouilles region and seems to open its arms to lovers of tranquility, welcoming them into a setting where vacation and relaxation are two intertwined motives.

The construction consists of immaculate white walls with precise shapes, and its walls are sheltered by the protective shade of olive trees. The holiday home has three fully equipped apartments, which can be rented throughout the year for lovers of simplicity and authenticity to spend their time on these lands swept by the breezes of the Ionian Sea.

All apartments have a kitchenette, a separate entrance, and extend over an area of 240 square meters, plus a 200 square meter outdoor terrace. Guests will also have access to a large swimming pool, recently completed.

Masseria Scorcialupi is an 18th-century villa, renovated with particular attention to detail, surrounded by 30,000 square meters of private land, olive groves and vineyards, and just two kilometers away are the fine sandy beaches on the coast of the Ionian Sea.

The whitewashed facade and dry stone walls of this villa are surrounded by reddish earth, vines, centuries-old olive trees, aromatic plants and medicinal herbs.

The traditional decor reproduces to some extent the style of old manor houses in Puglia. 200 square meters of terrace offer a wonderful view of the sea and has a covered area with sofas and sun loungers, while in another separate area there is a barbecue where delicious grilled dishes can be prepared.
