Actor Johnny Depp recently listed a property he owns in southern France for $26 million, according to usmagazine.com. Depp purchased the land during his relationship with Vanessa Paradis, intending to transform it into a family vacation retreat.

Depp spent around $10 million on the refurbishment and modernization of the old buildings' structural elements, which were likely built at the beginning of the 1800s using natural stone and wooden beams, with terracotta roofs.
The arrangement also included the construction of a wine-tasting cave decorated like scenes from the movie Pirates of the Caribbean.

The estate comprises more than twelve buildings, including a main house, guest cabins, a chapel, a bar, a restaurant, a workshop, and a garage.
The main building on this property is 400 square meters and includes five bedrooms and a studio where Depp used to paint.
The property also features two swimming pools, a gym, and a custom-built skateboard ramp for the actor's son. In addition to the land and buildings being sold, some furniture that belonged to the actor, books, DVDs, silver objects, and other personal belongings are included.

After a 14-year relationship, Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis separated in 2012. The two have two children together: Lily-Rose Melody Depp, born in 1999, and John Jack Christopher Depp III, born in 2002.
