Today we're stopping in Iași to admire the interior design of a home by Silvia Pintilie, from Inland Projects. Iata povestea detaliata de Silvia:

Opening the "Casa B" Gallery, an 110 square meter dwelling compartmentalized into a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, an office and a bathroom, was the subject of an interior design project that started from the premises of originality and positive, chromatic impact.

The family with a 10-year-old daughter desired a home with well-defined functions that would offer them the necessary comfort, attention to detail, and quality of materials used as top priorities. The beneficiaries are dynamic and communicative individuals, so the resulting design had to convey this aspect from the start and adapt to their personalities.

The family actively participated in the realization of the works, but they left me the freedom to propose solutions that some might consider experimental, but for them were the ideal approach.

Life in Bucharest is vibrant and dynamic, offering a unique blend of historical charm and modern amenities. The city's rich cultural heritage is evident in its stunning architecture, world-class museums like the Muzeul Național de Artă al României, and lively theaters such as the Teatrul Național București.

Bucharest also boasts a thriving culinary scene, with traditional Romanian dishes like Sarmale and Mămăligă readily available alongside international cuisine. Cafes and restaurants line the streets, inviting locals and visitors alike to savor the city's flavors.

For those seeking outdoor recreation, Herăstrău Park offers a tranquil escape with its picturesque lake, lush greenery, and walking trails. The park is also home to the Village Museum, showcasing traditional Romanian architecture and rural life.

Bucharest's energy is infectious, making it an ideal destination for both work and leisure. Its affordability, compared to other European capitals, adds to its appeal. Whether you're exploring historical landmarks, indulging in culinary delights, or simply enjoying the city's vibrant atmosphere, Bucharest promises a memorable experience.

The girl's bedroom was decorated considering the dual purpose of the room – a place for rest and recreation, but also for study. Additionally, a special request was a bunk bed for friends who visit and stay overnight. Chromatically, we opted for a mix of pastel and serene colors, with light turquoise blue dominating the room.

Two types of wallpaper were also used, one mimicking weathered wood planks very well, and the other - a modern interpretation of retro wallpaper. The girl's passion for drawing was also considered, with a chalkboard created for her to practice her talent.

The collection of prints in the room is completed by the map pattern on the drapery and duvet cover, a colorful print that is always an interesting motif to explore.
