We are always delighted to receive new home decor submissions from our readers. Today we stop in Oradea where we meet Cristina and her recently renovated 3-bedroom apartment.

Some details about the apartment

The apartment was love at first sight," Cristina confessed to us after two weeks of searching. It has 3 bedrooms, a surface area of 76 sq m, including the balcony, and is located in a building constructed in 1985. The renovation took one and a half months and the total budget reached approximately €15,000. Everything was changed except for the tiles, windows, and doors.

The Living Room

For the living room, I wanted (as for the entire apartment) it to be as simple as possible but at the same time youthful, to capture life," Cristina said. The living room is actually an office-living room, which is why she chose black furniture, but added a pop of color for contrast and relaxation.

The Bedroom

For the bedroom, she wanted it to be an intimate and romantic space. The focal point here is represented by the floral patterned wallpaper, a motif that we also find in the living room and the main bathroom. We also liked the idea of integrating a makeup zone.

The room connects directly to the balcony, which has a fairly generous surface area and was designed to be a small sanctuary, an ideal place to recharge.

The Kitchen

It should be practical and spacious, reminiscent of spring and bright," Cristina shared. The kitchen is in a separate room and comes in a bolder color scheme. To keep everything unified and organized, it is arranged linearly with built-in appliances. Due to the single-sided layout, there was enough space for a dining area as well.
